Home Remodeling in Doylestown, PA
Dream Space Remodeling provides kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, basement finishing and interior updates for homeowners in Doylestown, PA. Our family-owned company is based in Chalfont and led by two brothers with engineering backgrounds. We begin with your goals and the condition of the home, then prepare a scope for the work you want completed.
Plan the kitchen and adjoining rooms together
For a Doylestown renovation, start by deciding whether the existing room layout works. New cabinetry and finishes can make a substantial difference, while moving appliances or opening walls changes the preparation and trade work required.
If the kitchen connects to a dining or living space, include flooring transitions, lighting and paint in the discussion so the rooms feel coordinated.

The proposal identifies the agreed work, preparation and exclusions, including which materials are supplied by each party. Concealed conditions or requested changes are discussed before additional work proceeds.
Planning questions
Can you give a price from photos?
Photos help us understand your goals and start the conversation. An on-site review is needed to confirm measurements, access and the conditions that affect a detailed estimate.
Can we stay in the house during remodeling?
That depends on the rooms and scope involved. Tell us which facilities you need to keep available so we can discuss phasing and disruption before setting the construction plan.
How is the schedule determined?
Timing depends on the agreed scope, material availability, required approvals and trade scheduling. We discuss the proposed sequence and timing for your specific project.
